🚨🚨‼️‼️‼️ For health and security, If you are hospitalized or you or anyone in your household or around you display the following symptoms coughing , constant sneezing, vomiting, fever, or any illness unfortunately your appt will be rescheduled 30 day 🚨🚨 Safety over beauty 💕

  • 🚨Please Drop off lace 2-3 days before the appt. If lace is not dropped off the appt will be canceled. Please reach out for the address as this will change frequently , but rest assured the slay is always the same

  • 🚨Late fee $10 after 10 mins / 10+ mins appt will be canceled / rescheduled 🚨 Be fair for the next client.
  • If you are canceled and have paid on a special and your hair is included your funds will be sent back to you, less the non refundable deposit AND closure/ frontal/ color jobs. If you paid in a special and provided your own hair there are no refunds , the balance would be then considered a credit for future appt , or product . If you are doing a special with hair not included you can switch to a different special where hair is not included. Same as hair included. Deposits/ payments are only transferable one instance.

  • 🚨There is a deposit required of $25 for all services. For wigs and bundle purchases (Deposits $50) Deposit must be paid within 24 hours of booking, if not recvd 4 hours of booking or at the latest 24 hours the appt will be canceled and the appointment will be rebooked. The deposit amount comes off the total after your slay. Complimentary bands are provided with hair included. Complimentary touch ups are only applied to regular servicing appts. When doing a special they do not. If Wog can slid off on slight pull it is a reinstall. ✨💕 Deposits are paid to $Kira3Cash via cash app, apple pay, or cash drop off with lace. Deposits are non refundable or transferable.
  • 🚨I understand life happens, if you need to reschedule or cancel please reach out atleast a day ahead of appt time. If no call/ ghost appt, Next appt will may require bal to be paid in full at appt scheduling.
  • 🚨 There are absolutely No refunds of deposits or payments. If the service or color was completed payments will not be refunded.
